Eylül Topanoğlu joined Erçetin Tanrıöver Attorneys at Law as a counsel. Before joining the firm, she worked in major Istanbul-based law firms between the years 2013 and 2021. She then worked as a solo practitioner advising clients on their day-to-day activities as well as on corporate and commercial law matters.
Eylül has started her career in mergers & acquisitions. She advised major international and national corporations in their cross-border M&A deals, and general corporate and commercial law matters. She served clients in many different sectors, including transportation, insurance, construction, energy, pharmaceuticals, among others. She advised various national and international clients in connection with their day-to-day activities on a broad range of issues including corporate governance and contracts. She has also provided day-to-day consultancy to various companies owning and operating one of the largest infrastructure projects in Turkey on commissioning and post-commissioning matters under the project and finance documents. Eylül now advises clients on corporate and commercial and corporate law matters, contracts and M&A transactions in several different sectors.
