Serpil Tanrıöver is one of the partners of Erçetin Tanrıöver Attorneys at Law. She was the owner of Tanrıöver Law Firm between 1987 and 2022. In 2023, she co-founded Erçetin Tanrıöver Law Attorneys at Law together with Alp Erçetin. Having a professional career of three decades, Serpil has extensive experience in all areas of Turkish law. She is particularly focused on commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, contracts, corporate law, family law and inheritance law. She represented countless clients in significant inheritance, commercial, real estate and bankruptcy disputes. Serpil now advises her national and international clients on a broad range of legal issues including general corporate law, dispute resolution, enforcement and bankruptcy law and inheritance matters.
